I took home a small classic red caviar on launch day last week as they only had the burgundy in medium and as it turns out, the red is beautiful in person. Definitely not as orange as a lot of pictures seem to portray it to be. The lovely SA text me this week to say they had 3 small classic burgundy just come in - I rushed down there straight after work! So glad I went and exchanged it, I absolutely love the burgundy! It’s not too dark when you take it out the store, bit like a dark red. I’ll try and get a comparison photo tomorrow daytime between the new burgundy and the burgundy liner in my black classic.
(Also just wanted to say that even though they didn’t put the new small burgundy out on display, they’d already sold 1 earlier in the afternoon! All the red smalls had already gone too so I’d definjtely get down to the store asap as they’re both super beautiful and super popular)

I was so torn between the two but given the burgundy caviar is much more rare than red caviars, I went for the burgundy.

thank you for these pictures! Pic number three with the three bags, what color is the red in the back, is that also from 19b? Really dont like that color so I dont want my SA confusing it with the true red :biggrin:

Not sure what you mean about not being able to do 10% off? I know there have been some investigations happening because of some sellers buying and offering discounts.....

There was some big ruse going on at like, Saks BH? Some reseller was working with the SA's and selling bags for under retail or tax-free (not really but it appeared that way) & everyone was just TOTALLY busted. If it's too good to be true....

I have a friend who bought thru one of these people and it was rung as an employee discount. She passed along the info to security, they are looking into it.....its one thing to get a legit discount as a new account, another to do the wrong way... I can see why Chanel is taking control, there have been so many things going on....

You made a good choice for red. Navy really close as black. You need a black bag side by side to compare then can only see it’s a navy.

Are they not all leased now? My SAKS SA couldn’t do it for me either.
