Chanel opens at Macau Four Seasons..LE flaps

Just read from HK newspaper that a new Chanel boutique was opened on 28 Aug at the Four Seasons Hotel in Macau.

Chanel flew in a white croc flap from Paris to celebrate the opening of the shop, this white croc is in platinum HW, the CC logo has 334 diamonds and weigh 3.56 carats, the price? around HKD1.92 million, which is about USD246,154.

See below a special edition 2.55 that you can only purchase at this new boutique, it's in black velvet with crystal and colored glass (sorry since original article is in Chinese, translation might not be 100% accurate), price is HKD76,300, around USD9,782.

Hmmm... I think I have made a mistake the black 2.55 should be in tweed and not velvet. :P ..miffy27 are you here??

IceEarl - HK is such an exciting place for shopping, I wanna work there too! Haha! Stay at the Venetian (if the 4 Seasons is not up yet), it is fantastic! How nice, you can pop over to Macau in an hour and shop at the brand new Chanel boutique! Makes me wanna go again soon!
