Hi, does anyone have a friendly SA at Chanel Harrods? I'm looking to exchange my classic flap m/l (bought 4 days ago) for another one because it's crooked but can't seem to get it done. I went in to Harrods and didn't find anyone helpful, not even the one who sold me the bag! Please it's urgent coz the exchange period is 14 days only. Thank you in advance!

Can you only exchange in Harrods? otherwise I would go to Sloane street and ask there - I have always found that store extra helpful

Yes, I can return the bag and get store credit but I am just waiting coz I have few more days left till my return period ends. It's unusal that London doesn't have a single bag in stock... There are so many stores here so there's always a classic flap in one or the other. But anyway I'll try for a few days else I'll return

I had posted some pics in the 'October purchases' thread. It's my first time buying a classic flap and it was the last one in store when I bought it and there were 2 others waiting to get the bag whilst I was in store so if I hadn't got it I would've missed it again. I noticed that the back pocket and cc logo were slightly crooked only when I inspected the bag after coming home. I showed it to a couple of my friends and they said it was barely noticeable. Yes, they are right but just because it's my 1st ever bag I want it to be perfect and it's kinda bothering me. That's why I wanted to exchange it for a different piece but apparently it's out of stock everywhere in London.

Hi there, has anyone heard anything about what the upcoming price increase might be for classic flaps or boys? I am traveling to London in early Nov and am hoping they are not increasing too much!
