Yup, was at the sale yesterday. I like shopping the sale in London. No one grabs anything. Everyone is so civilised. I think the sale items in boutiques would have gone but when I was in Harrods yesterday (25 June), there were still a lot of sale Chanel bags.

hi everyone..

i have a huge problem..
my friend was travelling to London last week, and I asked a favor from her to buy me a Maxi Black Caviar with GHW..
she is not familiar with Chanel bags and design,
so i give her all the details, and the code A47600..

she come back today with the bag, the receipt from Selfridges is showing Chanel (code A47600), price Pound 2290. (I was so happy!!!)
but.. when i open the bag, it is a JUMBO CAVIAR BLACK WITH GHW!!
and there is no sticker on the box showing the code number etc..

what should i do????
can anyone advice me on this???

im thinking, i only got 2 option:
1. to ask for an exchange (but im worried that they wouldnt admit that it is the SA mistake they give me the wrong bag)
2. to keep the bag, n ask for the price difference..

is either of these two option possible?
helpppppppp....... i really dunno what i should do...

Selfridges has a 14 day return/exchange policy so I am sure it will get sorted out for you. Good luck.

yes it is available here in Singapore, but the price is ridiculous..
i can save a huge amount of money from Europe,
so when my friend going there, i just ask her to help me buy..

but anyway, the problem is solved!!!
talked the SA yesterday, and they mistakenly give my friend the Jumbo bag (there is no sticker on the box)..
my friend is not familiar with Chanel, so she just assume is the correct bag..
after the SA checked with the receipt, n the system (transaction n stocks in stores)
so i can get my MAXI!!!

im so happy n relieved now
