I have since sent some skirts and jackets for alterations at both outlets. Both times l scheduled appointments through the online booking. It is not required, you can walk in but l didn’t want to have to wait. An SA will contact you and its best to let her know u are doing alterations so they can check the tailors availability (tailors knock off at 530pm at NAC). The tailor will see abd decide how mich to alter. Price wise it has increased quite a bit, my recent jacket alteration up a size including redoing of shoulders was $195. Before price increase minor alterations including sizing of skirt or letting loose of jacket was $75. Both outlets tailors did a good job, l think the price was very worth it. Waiting time was 2 weeks to one month

Thank you for this. Were your pieces current season, purchased at the boutique? I have not paid for alterations to date, even for pieces purchased in different countries so the pricing is new to me. Much appreciated!

You’re welcome! No they are not current season. They were pieces ranging from 2003 to 2017. I would think current seasons will be foc

Hi guys! I missed the private movie screening that happened last weekend at Sentosa due to other commitments:( anyone knows what are the chances of receiving other such event invites? It was actually my first invite!
Also, I assume one needs to be within a spending tier to receive such invites, does the spending status resets after a year (aka won’t receive anymore invites after the year is over)?

I’m not sure about the spending status. Honestly I don’t spend much so I’m pretty surprised to get an invite. I mus say the event was well organised. Very thoughtful.
