i got my classic flap at the airport and you can choose to charge in USD or KWR.. and after the conversion yes still cheaper than SG RRP.
Thank you~ got the mini coco crush ring $242 cheaper than SG RRP at Lotte duty free store.

My mini accidentally fell to the ground from the seat at a cafe and the turn lock has a semi deep dent! (My heart literally dropped) Does anyone know if replacing the turn lock within a year of purchase will be chargeable?

Does Chanel do afterservice for their lambskin leather if it gets scuffed at the sides? I brought out my top handle mini to Seoul last week and realized 3 sides had scuffs on the leather. The bag was purchased in Jul 22 and I only recently bought it brand new from a consignment store.

Hi there! If it's due to wear and tear, nope.

Hello all, hope to obtain some advice on getting a mini square caviar from the resale market

Condition is excellent and from the 17 series, no box but comes with entrupy certificate…. It’s priced at S$7900+ which I can’t wrap my head around this premium pricing but knowing it’s no longer produced in the boutiques - I’m in a dilemma and at a loss if I should go for it?

Just fyi; I have a small collection of chanel bags and 2 rectangle minis. am looking to complete my “dream” collection by adding either caviar WOC/square mini.

Let me know what you guys think~ TIA!

Hi, anyone been to Japan recently? Wondering how’s the stock situation like there! Will be heading to Japan in May and looking to get a black mini flap bag
Hi, I'm in Tokyo now, the SAs will tell you all leather goods incl handbags no stock, they will keep them for local clients with profile. Even if you are keen on buying RTW, they will tell you it's for display only. No similar restrictions on shoes that are on display. Don't need to waste time at Omotesando store, they won't even open the shelves to show you shoes from previous collections. Seibu Shibuya storehad good service. Ginza stores also decent service. Haven't tried the Shinjuku branches yet.

Thanks for sharing! I'm intending to head to Japan end of this year and was wondering about this too. I have a profile with Ginza store but it's been 7 years since I last bought something from there.

I should be consider lucky as i manage to get a black classic caviar flap short wallet and black classic caviar cardholder at Osaka during my holiday trip last year Dec without any purchase record and no purchase of any bag. Only in black color, other color they say out of stock. I ask for stock for vanity case and they offer me lambskin white.

Updates:
- Chanel at Shinjuku Isetan had good service, little stock (at least what they're willing to sell to new clients in Japan) for bags and SLGs, but decent stock for shoes and rtw. I bought the black short cardigan from 23P.
- Chanel at Shinjuku Takashimaya had good service, no queue and the shop is spacious. Quite a lot of stock for SLGs and shoes, no popular bags e.g. mini 22 (am I stating the obvious? Lol) for sale to tourists but bags from previous collections avail. e.g. the heart-shaped version of pearl crush from 22K (?) I bought a 23S WOC.
- Chanel at Shinjuku Odakyu had NO customers in the store on a Fri evening, saw some top handle minis + white mini bucket bag on display. I didn't enter the store to ask if the display bags were allowed for sale.

Conclusion: despite the 1.55% commission that department stores will take from your tax refund, I think us tourists are much better off visiting the Chanel boutiques located inside Japanese department stores, instead of the stand-alone boutiques at Ginza and Omotesando.
