Ladies, new update … my apparently ‘nice’ SA was not nice after all. My apology… she’s poop! one of your girls messaged her for SLG, (not even vanity) and she said all sold out, but I saw it the next day on display. And I informed our kind friend. THE SA TOLD HER: NOT FOR SALE.
I find it strange… so I went to double check again with some random SA earlier. It is in fact for sale.

Nice. I hv been wanting to get a vanity case since last yr. but no luck cos i m nt a vip. Sianz. I think it will be my last bag fr C. Then i can hv some purse peace for the time being or till the borders open...

I wasn't a fan but I decided to get one in small (black) before price increase. Changed my mind after and love it a lot. This bag matches my laid back dressing!

Initally I wasnt sure if im going to keep it after I last saw it at another boutique overseas. I recalled the leather was way too soft and the bag shape was a little weird as the side was popped out.
However when I went to pick up the bag and feel it all over again. WOW!!!! I was blown away and fell in love The leather felt much thicker and the shape was perfect. I told my SA about my previous encounter and she mentioned that the piece I had was probably stuffed too much that the side popped out.
Sooooo in the end… im definitely going to keep it!!!! Now i feel like having another pearl crush in a different colour.

Now i just need to order a bag insert from Samorga and im ready to use this baby!

I got mine from MBS and no, I am definitely not a VIP. I am lucky to meet a nice SA and she is very kind to reserve one for me.

I still want a burgundy or dark grey caviar cf in medium size but I'm always thinking twice if I'm ready to justify. I would readily splurge if I don't have any cf but the fact that I have 2 which I paid almost half the price (years back), it's just so hard. Lols. I miss those times I was able to travel and enjoyed tax refund haha!

I think I am the weirdo here - I didn't own any classic CF and the SA was shocked when I told her about this. Like the new rose gold CF this season but I just couldn't get myself to pull the trigger when looking at it's price.

Congrats on taking the plunge and loving it! Me too, didn’t buy into the pearl crush trend at first as I prefer the puffier and luxurious lambskin on classic mini. But after my SA managed to get me the light purple and seeing it in person, I’m in love with it!



I got mine from MBS as my SA was recently relocated to MBS store when NAC was going under reno I think.

My SA trsf a bag before from MBS to NAC i think but it was from the warehouse direct before they even send it to MBS store. She had to put up a request with warehouse and my payment link reflected MBS. It was a seasonal flap from last year. She texted me when the stocks came in (like 3 or 4 pieces of them) and I took like 30 mins to decide and all were taken up by customers who paid through payment link when I finally made the decision to get it. At first she said will monitor for me again, but she ended up being able to request from warehouse the stock meant for mbs that same day.

I'm tempted with the vanity too but not sure if the length fits shortie like me and also a phone. Anyone has any idea how much it cost now? couldnt find any info on their website.

Ladies with coco handle! May I check how is your bag holding up? I wanted a bigger bag after getting a small CF (it is way too small for me). At first, I was looking at jumbo size but the price is making me think twice so I am looking into medium coco handle but is unsure if the bag is able to hold its shape after reading some reviews online. Should appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

My first cf was 13 years back, I paid under 3k for a medium after tax refund overseas and the last time I bought a cf was almost 7yrs ago, mid-5k for a jumbo after tax refund.

I wished my salary increase each year are as much as every chanel price increase lols.

Ladies with coco handle! May I check how is your bag holding up? I wanted a bigger bag after getting a small CF (it is way too small for me). At first, I was looking at jumbo size but the price is making me think twice so I am looking into medium coco handle but is unsure if the bag is able to hold its shape after reading some reviews online. Should appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

I haven't worn my cch long enough to review but I'm sharing this based on my sister's cch which she bought in 2016. Hers was a medium 29cm, fabric lining.

She used it daily as a work bag for 2-3 years. The wear and tear isn't bad (to me at least) as she didn't baby her bag at all. Aside the minor corner rubs which were inevitable, the bag still held it's shape and there were no signs of sagging at the bottom. However, there were obvious creases (2 lines along the left and right quilt stitchings) but mostly due to the constant opening and closing of the flap. She didn't use an insert. Also, due to the friction between the loop and strap clip, the metal somehow does wear off quite a bit. I think this was due to the fact she always stuffed the bag to the brim and her bag was always heavy. HTH!

Thank you for the detailed reply! Seems like the coco handle can hold up really well. I wanted a bag to be able to fit the classic long wallet and crossing fingers that this is a good substitute to jumbo cf.

I don't have a Chanel wallet to test but I've got a Prada woc which is 21cm. Posting up some pictures for comparison between cch medium and cf jumbo (with/without inserts).

While my woc is longer, I still think it's gonna be a tight fit considering the inside of a cch is divided in 2 slots. I'd change to my CC coin purse and cardholder when I use this bag. But with the jumbo, I carry my full size wallet.

haha I don’t own any cf too! Lol. I only started my C journey in 2019 when I was overseas. And in Singapore last year Oct 2020. The cf is increasing too much for me to want to take the plunge. And if ever, I’m only interested in classic colours like black and beige claire for it.

I only know the pearl crush long vanity is $3630 now. For the normal vanity i think you can use the shortener to adjust the length. And I’ve seen people fit their iphone max in.

I kinda sucks with the shortener. I tried it with my woc but seems like it will damage the leather tab inside.
Wow, seems like the vanity is pretty spacious and the price of the pearl crush seems so sweeeeet... gosh.. now i want one too

No problem at all! Glad to be able to share if it helps a lot jumbo in the preloved market isn't that ridiculously priced though. 6-7k range isn't that bad. I understand the feeling. I feel the same too!
