I purchased my GST in Paris but the boutique didn’t gave me the box. Just wrapped in paper and tie up with ribbon. Do you girls have the box when u purchase the GST in Singapore ? Is it a magnetic type or paper foldable box ?

They still sell GST in boutiques ? I purchased my GST a few years ago in Paris and it did come with a box. I guess it depends if they’ve a box at the time to fit the bag.

I am traveling to Singapore from the US in the next week - was curious if the mini croc gold embodied classic flap bag is sold out there (in the US I was told very difficult to get a hold off - retails for $3700 in US)

I bought it yrs back, I just thought of it today when one of my frens asked during dinner earlier. Then I realise I came out of the boutique with just wrapping papers tying up with ribbons. And I thought that’s the standard lol

Why do you not want the box ? To store it nicely , will need to stuff lots of paper in it. Would be best if you get a bag insert so it can sit upright and not fall flat. Otherwise use paper stuffings or bag pillows. I use paper stuffings for now but will get a bag insert as it helps to maintain the shape of the bag.

U could try calling chanel boutique’s number. They will let u know which boutique in singapore has stocks of the gold flap bag

i bought in spain in 2012.. comes with a paper foldable box.. guess last time they didnt have the magnetic box..

I called the customer care center earlier (I tried the actual Marina Bay Sands store contact, but I got routed to the centralized customer care). I asked whether they have a medium classic flap in stock. I was told no stocks for any classic for both stores.

Is this usual for Chanel Singapore? Or do they restock every few days? The customer care wasn't much help--couldn't answer this question for me.

Edit: I've done some lurking on this thread, and apparently, being connected with an SA is important. Can anyone refer me to their SAs please? Is that allowed or a thing?
