Hello - does Chanel in Rome issues a receipt that has camellia flower cover? I’m about to purchase a Chanel bag & seller showed me & said the tourist/tax refund form is her receipt & that’s all Chanel issued to her. Can you please advise? Hi hank you

You are right here, I bought items from Chanel at Rome and Florence but they do not give me receipts, only tax refund form

If there is an issue with the bags, will Chanel in your local country accept the tax refund form as the receipt & willing to assist?

Yup I have the tourist copy.. just found it kinda weird not to have the receipt that we always get when we buy elsewhere .. I need to get my bag exchanged back in my home country. Hopefully they can accept this tourist copy

Did you have nay issues with the exchange with only the tax form copy instead of the Original Chanel Receipt?

I only got tax refund forms too but there should be two pages to it. One will say tourist copy, you can keep that after tax refund.

Depends on the store. In Italy, If I know the SA they will always accept return for me as long as not worn

Just a heads up, I didn’t find Rome having good stocks at all. I was surprised. Especially coming off France. The SAs I met weren’t friendly like in Paris. The stocks in Italy is similar to US and Asia. As in, by mid season not much interesting goodies left.
