Chanel in Germany?

I don't know, unfortunately. I've been to the Munich store only two weeks ago but I wasn't looking for classics then. The Frankfurt boutique is smaller, from what I remember, but I'm not sure if that has any meaning in respect to their stock.
Usually, when you call customer service, they can always tell you which boutiques will have a certain bag. But the last time I called to find out if Munich had a specific classic, the person I spoke to said she couldn't say because with classics there was such a quick turnover that one would have to come to the store to find out what was available. (Of course she may just have been not very eager to help, because two years ago, when I was looking for a jumbo, somebody from customer service told me exactly where I could find one. Or they changed policies since, who knows.)

and any SA that you can recommend that i can email to check on the stock? i have a friend who is going to berlin so she can help me get it if the stock is available. tia

I live 2 hours from Berlin, so Chanel Berlin is my closest boutique. Up until now I have not made any big purchases, just 2 WOCs and a couple of SLG's.

I have given up on the SA's both in Kurfurstendamm or Kadewe Boutique. Everytime I purchase something, they give me their bussiness card with email and phone number ... but everytime I am searching for a product and contact them, NONE of them replies back !!. I also call the hotline, but they are never sure about the stock because it changes very quickly, so asks me to go directly to the boutique (which is impossible for me to do in a short notice !). Why is it so hard for the hotline to check the stock, if there is the bag I want, then connect me to the SA, then the SA sends it to me ??? I made a phone order once, but that was 2 years ago, and now it seems that it does not work anymore, and customers must buy directly in the boutique ! :sad: :sad:

So if anyone has a recommendation for a nice and responsive SA pls let me know !

That happens to me also, each time I go to the store I met a new SA :)) and the LV SAs here are the same, I sent email asking for a specific product and they never reply. But at least LV customer service hotline is efficient they can tell you what they have.
