Just got a message from my SA today, that Paris will ship my bag back to Berlin store by the end of this week
So let’s keep fingers crossed. Will let you know!

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the hardware replaced? I got a boy bag a couple months ago and the hardware has scraped off slightly in the spot where the cc lock goes over. So it’s just the small little part in between that has to be replaced. Is that repair done locally? Really hoping it won’t take too long since I wanna use it! Lol

I acquired this gorgeous vintage maxi today but the chain is pretty tarnished. Do Chanel still replace 24k hardware? And does anyone have a rough idea of the cost? It’s just the chain, the rest of the hardware is fine. Thanks
