If she’s not a great SA or you’re lacking a connection it’s better to find another one that works for you. If I don’t have a great connection with a SA I move on. They won’t work as hard to secure what you want. You want to find a SA that wants to help you. I like to give them three chances then I move on. If they can’t secure what I’m looking for after three tries it’s not going to work out lol.

Yeah, she takes days at a time to respond. Once she ordered a bag for me and not one word for 4 days when I checked in afterward. Not sure if that’s normal but I was a bit off put by that. Then now we could’ve done the deposit today if she responded but she stopped responding an hour or two before close :/ (and I don’t think the location she’s in gets that busy. Never seen more than 2 customers in it.)

I would ask your SA. I always send mine pictures of what I want to give them the heads up. Then I follow up with them regularly to see if they know when something is expected to come in or if preorder is an option. Lately I’ve had a much harder time doing this with my Chanel stand alone boutique and have had much greater success with my SAs from Neiman and Nordstrom. Good luck!

Yeah, it sounds like you should definitely try another SA. There’s a SA recommendation post under Chanel buying that might help you out. Just be sure to list your location. Good luck!
