I have no time to take pics or write much tonight, but I had to say something!!!

The pink iridescent truly is cotton candy! It is an absolutely stunning cool tone and a true iridescent. I have not seen any Chanel pink like this, so unique. I’m not a shw girl, but the silver metal against this cool pink is a match made it heaven or unicorn dreams .

I almost slept on this because the yellow/cream undertones in pictures. I was worried it wasn’t going to be the cool pink I was after. …and the wrinkles. Truth, I wish it was completely smooth. The calfskin feels thick and quality, so no dry thin issues. Feels durable, I like it a lot actually. But if lines and wrinkles frighten you, sadly, stay away.

Oooooo cotton candy sounds nice and like the cotton candy nail polish from back in the day. This is going to be my next option if I don’t get my 19. I don’t mind wrinkles and since this seems to be an issue for some it may make it easier to get

Has a glittery iridescent shimmer that the camera doesn’t pick up. I wasn’t sure I’d love it but in person it’s gorgeous!

Just wondering, has ANYONE in North America received the caramel small 19 yet?? I'm in Canada on two waitlists (managed to get the medium/large, which is en route to me now) but both of my SAs have said the smalls haven't come in yet,, and I think I've only seen one or two pics from people who have seen it in person. (Not sure what country they live in.) What gives? Is everyone having this problem?

Hello, I just wondering if I can buy a bag from US Store but I don't have any account at Chanel.
I already tried to contact SA from Chanel Neiman, but they said I must made a purchase history before.
do you guys know if I want to buy Coco handle but I'm not living in US but my sister living at Florida, can I bought it at stand alone boutique?

Based on what my SA said, you need a purchase history to buy remotely at a standalone boutique. I am not sure about department store Chanel - if you have a store credit card, would they allow you to purchase remote? The purchase history requirement is to prevent chargebacks or claims of fraud. Apparently my boutique used to get quite a few chargebacks in the past and it’s difficult for the stores to make claims if there isn’t a customer signature history- which you would make on a physical receipt for store purchases. Your sister could make the purchase for you by going to the store and paying it herself, or if she has an existing Chanel profile, she can remote ship it to her house then ship to you. Stores will only ship to the address on your credit card file.

@claritaaa27 - Display bags are for sales at Chanel, unless that particular piece was reserved for a client (but that would not be on display, usually held in the back stockroom). I was offered displayed bags on numerous occasions (didn’t buy it).

That’s what they said. But after that I saw another customer came in and they brought the bag to the fitting room and the rest is history I guess..

I have seen several times ‘hot’ pieces on the floor that were reserved then when the person who is on top of the reserve list changes their mind or decides not to take it, it gets left on the floor momentarily before the SAs take it back to give it to the person next on the reserve list. I reserved a bag a few seasons ago and decided I didn’t want it, but my friend who came along with me couldn’t buy it. The only way she could have it was if I bought it and settled with her so to preserve the reserve list.

I wish you could see in person. I was actually quite shocked, no picture or video I have seen truly captures the color. I just knew I had to see in person before passing. Soooo glad I did. That’s why I did my quick post, don’t want anyone to regret passing! It, in my opinion, is the most unique amazing pink I have ever seen. I have a busy day ahead, so if I can’t get some photos done today I will tomorrow. Just want people to see what I see, because I think a lot will be pleasantly surprised. It’s gorgeous

No joke, if you are a pink lover… you need this bag! What other bags are you wanting? This pink is unbelievable… Even before bed I placed it on my shelf and I could not stop looking at it. I would hate you regretting missing this one. Do you like iridescent colors? This iridescent is very unique. I thought it was going to be the same sheen as the 21K iridescent blue, nope!… It has a very vivid pink iridescent sheen, not gold, so it’s a very cool toned bag, with multiple pink shifts. The 21k iridescent blue sheen is exactly like my 20b iridescent ivory, just on a baby blue bace color, it has a beautiful golden iridescent sheen. I was actually surprised because in photos the iridescent blue looks very cool toned, but the golden sheen is gorgeous on it. I got the iridescent blue wallet in yesterday too so I had them to compare. From all the pictures I thought I was going to love the iridescent blue more, I was completely shocked by this cotton candy iridescent pink… I think it’s my favorite bag I own! Didn’t see that coming.

Hoping you get your top pick, the brown 19 . The brown is absolutely beautiful. If you were a big pink lover, I would actually suggest this pink over the brown though. To be completely honest, even seeing mine next to each other (my 21P brown and 21K iridescent pink), last night, I would choose the iridescent pink over it. It’s that good in person! Remember the iridescent pink is not a flat color, it is a true shifting pink stunner. The lines/wrinkles are what they are, I like you don’t mind them. Some angles they are very noticeable, others they are less or can’t even see them.
