I think you will love this calf. It looks similar to the iridescent calf from 21S - I have a white iridescent mini rectangular in calf from that collection. It was inadvertently but on top of a beaded bag (not by me) and when I realized where it was, my heart sank, thinking it may be damaged. There were indeed two small dents on the back, but unlike lamb (I have several bags in lamb from various seasons) it bounced right back. Within hours, it was impossible to see where the dents had been. They vanished completely with just some rubbing with a dry microfiber cloth.
So I am breathing easier knowing my calf iridescent mini is a lot tougher than lamb
Yes loving the calf factor actually! It’s very wearable and usable. You know a bag hits all the marks when you want to use it immediately!
Congratulations on your renovations, I understand well as I went through the same and finally finished my house at the beginning of this year. The pink iridescent truly is cotton candy! It is an absolutely stunning cool tone and a true iridescent. I have not seen any Chanel pink like this, so unique. I’m not a shw girl, but the silver metal against this cool pink is a match made it heaven or unicorn dreams.
I almost slept on this because the yellow/cream undertones in pictures. I was worried it wasn’t going to be the cool pink I was after. …and the wrinkles. Truth, I wish it was completely smooth. The calfskin feels thick and quality, so no dry thin issues. Feels durable, I like it a lot actually. But if lines and wrinkles frighten you, sadly, stay away.

CCH is short for Coco Handle. Generally mini rectangulars are harder to get, but I see a big surge in popularity for the Coco Handles because many are in caviar, and they are a fairly good value for Chanel overall. And anything iridescent is very popular and in high demand.
Also, there seems to have been a shift with Chanel shopping lately; you need to reserve in advance for most of popular styles, and they are sold before they ever get the chance to hit the store floor. Which is extremely difficult because you have to make a decision on a very expensive bag before ever seeing it in person. Which is a little crazy, to say the least.
@NYCchihuahua - Agreed, shimmer and shiny coating doesn’t show up on pics but indeed beautiful in person. The shiny coating really enhanced the crumpled calfskin on this bag.

Thanks for the pictures! It is a nice comparison! All of them with shw makes it even more special when you are just focusing on the colour of the leather.
This crumpled calfskin is looking nicer here than previous photos. It does seem like a unique and more carefree leather to have for a white mini vs lambskin. Please share more photos or mod shots if you are able to!
