They can't hold any bags from what I recall; it's unfair for other customers.

If they can’t get a confirmation from you that you still want the reserve that same day then it would go to someone else. The 19 caramel particularly hot. I texted her back right way. I think that apply to other reserve as well.
Sorry if it's not in topic to the thread but seeing as how so many are unable to get the bags they wanted... I thought it would be a good FYI. My SA told me that they are changing the policy for bag reservations throughout all stores for the next collection. She didn't say how's it changing but she did say it's going to be very different. Anyone have more information on this? I'm so curious...

Here’s my lilac flap! I’m a bit disappointed by the color. The color is insanely hard to capture. It looks grey in most pictures. And even looks grey in person when standing in certain lights. It’s not ugly....it’s just TOO muted and not what I was expecting. IMO, it’s more of a grey bag with purple undertones versus a purple bag with grey undertones.
I was initially worried when I first saw pics of this color online because it looked too dusty. Now I almost wish it looked like those pics because it would be a darker shade of purple. LOL! It’s insane how all the pics of this color look different. Maybe they are. Mine is just too pale. So for the price, I think it has to go back :/ what do you all think?

If you don’t absolutely LOVE the bag, I would return it. It’s just too high of a price point to feel meh about ya know??
Sounds like this bag is not for you, it does look washed out in caviar leather especially. You will like another bag more next time!
Thank you both! I agree - it’s gotta go back. And I do think it’s probably a better color for lambskin. The 22P purple is calling my name! May just need to wait for that flap instead!
I felt the same way about this purple. I saw the purple this season in person as well, and it's still too dusty in my opinion. Definitely hold out for 22P!
