I think this is because of the stitching of the cc flap.
All of the bags I've seen for this style in the forum or instagram have the same things.

Hi! It’s my first lambskin so I have no basis for comparison. To me it looks puffy and shiny and feels soft. Hope that helps.
I have to say that the wrinkles look worse in the pictures than in person. I don't like it either but just want to let you guys know in case anyone has it reserved. You have to see it in person. If it bothers you, don't keep it. If not, other aspects of this bag is great. They are wrinkles on other bags too some are more than this one but the positions of the wrinkles on this bag make it worse and they aren't photograph very well. The actual bag doesn't look as bad. Of course, I really wish they weren't there. Not an excute to Chanel to not make it better. Just want to say it looks worse in picture than in person.

Omg I went thru the same thing. I ordered the Pink but totally fell in love with the blue. I think the pink leaned a bit beige for me, the blue was just so pretty with that hardware.
Yesterday evening my SA from NW texted me to confirm that they got a small/medium Chanel 19 caramel shipment in. She said she would ring it up before the store was closed. However, I haven't gotten the email conformation yet. She also said they cannot hold it. It will go to the next person if she couldn't get a confirmation within the same day. Hope it just a hold up on their end. Keep my fingers crossed for me. I want to give you guys a head up. Stay close to your phone!!!
