Is the new lilac color kind of gray and drab? Some photos in the Chanel stock thread show it as super dull and gray, and in other photos it is a nice lavender/lilac color. Maybe it's just a chameleon color? Not sure if I want to keep my order if it is in any way a dull gray.

Got this screenshot from my SA. Beautiful earrings, I adore everything about them - but the price makes my heart bleed. 1.600$ for costume jewelry with not a whiff of real silver or gold AND a bad reputation for falling apart… I don’t know if I can make this YOLO decision.

Noooooo. That’s so much to pay for a pair of earrings that won’t last. Pay more for fine jewellery which I feel is so much more worth it, but of course the designs are limited.

I agree for that amount of money you’re better off buying fine jewelry instead.

This is the cf with the flash on. It definitely looks like a lilac purple, very pastel.

Wow Chanel really nailed it with the color this season. I’ve been waiting for them to come out with this shade of purple so awhile. Can’t wait to see it in person.

I think it's a super pretty pastel, cool toned light purple/lilac colour. The colour is not vibrant but a pastel colour. The colour is so hard to capture, the lighting changes it so much from the true colour to warm toned lilac and that "dull greyish" colour. I love the colour in real life (I own the lambskin mini.)
