*Correction* - For the SMALLER VERSION of this bag, it's actually a 22 inch chain drop. The length of the 21K wallet is slightly less than the length of the 20K Maxi Pearl WOC. I did not have a measuring tape with me, however I estimate that the 21K version is 4.8" x 6" x 1.4". The photo of the 21K black version worn crossbody is accurate.

The white 21K bag falls too short on the mannequin. EITHER it's the same size with the pearls in the back tied in a knot to shorten the look of the overall chain OR it's a shorter version. Based on the final stock photo, I suspect 2 sizes and at least 3 colors (light blue, black, and white).

There are two versions with different chain lengths.
She's wearing the version with the shorter pearl chain and I estimate a ~15 inch chain drop for that version.

I checked the buy book images my SA had sent me. The color code noted is exactly the same… light purple, NF289, in caviar. I think the hardware definitely is making them look different since the CF is silver and the CCH is gold. The gold contrasting with the purple seems IMO makes the purple brighter and more brilliant, while the silver makes it more muted and cool, more tone on tone.

Typically even the same colours will look slightly different on a classic flap vs coco, due to the types of leather and finishing used. Even though both may be caviar, coco handles have a more coated shiny finish for the recent collections. The stitches look more obvious on the coco too. Good luck with your decision!
