Literally nothing is covered by the warranty. I wonder if anyone ever actually got something fixed with the warranty. It’s disappointing given we spend so much at Chanel.

Update on my mini 2.55 dark red.
I finally was able to exchange to another bag (same spec). The specialist at the boutique said it is not a scratch, but a not-properly-dried paint. I’m happy I can get a new one , but also shocked in their QC

So glad things worked out for you! Personally I love the mini 2.55 in chevron, less aged/wrinkled look! The dark red is beautiful.
I have been anxiously awaiting the same backpack. I have contacted several SA's and been to several boutiques but none of them have it yet. I hope it comes out in the US. This is the first live picture I've seen. Good luck to both of us!
I’ve been looking for a reissue for a long time and finally settled for a mini yesterday. However lots of people are concerned over the “horizontal” lines all over the leather. I understand it’s this year’s distressed look but in your honest opinion, is it ugly? I’m asking in the unfortunate case I have to resell it down the line.
