That’s so confusing!!! I know for sure that some stand alone boutiques got the bottles, but I’ve called 2 Saks stores that are having the pop up and no luck. The Saks SA even joked that she wishes they got some in as they would easily sell thousands haha.
Update: called just now to the Boston Saks and they confirmed that while they are having the pop up, the water bottle was a Chanel.com/boutique exclusive.

yup i know that, i just find it weird that its not even shown at the website unlike with chanel.com that its on the site but you just can’t purchase it online

i was told its because the oil’s cap is very prone to spillage !! so that’s why its not available for shipping. even when i bought it in person, they sealed the body oil in a bigger plastic pouch too to be extra careful

The body oil spills during shipping, a lot of it spilled while being shipped to boutiques before the launch, that’s why they are not shipping it to customers.

Apparently only Saks in NYC have the water bottles. Saks email for this launch didn’t feature the water bottle or the washi tape.

Was told I would get the water bottle but my SA is out today and the manager said they sold out if anyone has the water bottle hook up please message me. Called about every store in the locations list.

Apparently the physical stores have different dates than the online site, my sister went to Saks at Houston, Texas and the SA there said July 7 when it says July 6 in the photo below.
