This happened to me twice! I called them and they told me I would have to reorder. When I went to reorder somethings were sold out and they basically said they couldn’t do anything. I’m lucky a store near me had stock.
I just wanted to add that I hadn’t order more than 1 of any item. I did call before the second one was canceled and they told me it would not be canceled but it was. They also couldn’t give me a reason as to why. I was told I would get a call back, never happened.
That’s so frustrating! Im going to try to call tomorrow to see if they can “unlock“ my account so I can place an order again if the last two items ever get restocked a second time. The email they sent said they would cancel any future orders

Maybe it is their system that autocancels somehow. But still its frustrating and quite unfair if you’re allowed to order once or twice only with different items in your cart.
The water bottle was what I really wanted but I couldn’t resist the soap and the mystery box.

So I actually went to Yorkville Toronto this past Saturday and purchased some items there too (Black bag)
I'm a little sad I did not get the mesh tote as a gift. I did get the cupcake toppers as extra item.

Would you say the lotion is anything special? In terms of how soft it’ll make your skin or it’s mainly just the scent.Special delivery today

There were 2 types of lotions. The one I got is the Cream with Shea butter. The smell is really nice and soft. The other hand lotion was more water-y in my opinion. But honestly, nothing super special. I think if you really like No.5 you can just get the regular packaging for cheaper !
I fell into the reseller trap and got a water bottle as well, feel pretty stupid but I wanted it as collectors item, to my knowledge I don’t think Chanel has ever sold an item like this before. For reference I paid $177 after tax and shipping but lots of resellers were not taking anything lower than $200 before fees and some stuck to $300 and more which I found hilarious. I drew the line at around double the price which is ridiculous.
It looks like the collection is now live on the saks website, no water bottle though. I placed an order for the bath tablets as my Chanel website order for those is “on hold” which means I think it might be in danger of being cancelled due to being oversold.
