Do you have a photo of the exact pair you want? I just bought a pair of what I would consider to be classic combat boots! I can send you a picture if you’d like
Thank you! These are the ones I want. Did you happen to get these? I tried them on last year at the store but ended up getting the ankle boots with pearls. Now I kept thinking about those cuties :biggrin:IMG_5580.jpg

September 2020 (sorry I’m new to the collection references)? Also do you know what colors? Been looking for the lilac coco handle from 20A with no luck
Yes, 20K will start launching in September :) This is the Fall/Winter Act 2 collection. Chanel alternates their bag releases and most models (except for the 19 due to its current hype) get released every 2nd collection. E.g. Coco Handles come for Métiers (20A), Fall Act 2 (20K) but not Fall/Winter Act 1 which is in between (20B). After that Coco Handles will come for Spring/Summer Act 1 (21P launching in January, not for Cruise 21C launching in November) and then again for 21A, not for 21S.

So basically Coco Handle come for:
20A Métiers - July 2020
20K Act 2 F/W - September 2020
21P Act 1 S/S - January 2021
21A Métiers - July (?) 2021

Same goes for classic flaps and Reissues which also alternate seasons. 20B will focus on Classic Flaps and Gabrielles as well as Business Affinity.

I unfortunately cannot tell you which colours will come. Not sure anything has been posted anywhere at this point as production is behind. There were some pictures floating around from the show, but not sure in which thread they have been posted (think there is a 20K thread already?).

Thank you so much! You’re so knowledgeable I’ll keep an eye out for the September collection and see then.

There isn’t a 20K thread yet.. I wonder what will come out in that collection..

Thanks! Yeah, that's what I keep thinking. I notice the scratch since I know exactly where it is, but it is not that obvious. I also heard about the meltonian cream and that some Chanel associates at department stores actually has it in the back to buff out their items... Someone also said that the conditioner from Lovin my bags and Handbag spa was really good. But then I also heard that your are not supposed to use anything on the bag except to rub with your fingers or buff with the white cloth that it came with. Who knows. If I keep the bag, I will definitely try one of the conditioners, probably meltonian since Chanel uses it. The boutique is 5 hours away and I am nervous about shipping back the item. I also don't have good experiences with getting the perfect bag from the mail. Last time I ordered from LV website, I ordered the same bag twice because the first one had a noticeable scratch on the leather along with glazing issues but the second one was completely asymmetrical with scuffs on the corners. So frustrating. The SA at the Chanel said that I can use the bag and if I bring it in within 5 years, they can refurbish the bag to look brand new for a small fee like $300. Maybe I will just enjoy the bag and not worry about it.... Like you said, once I start using it, I might not think about it anymore. To stressful to continue thinking about it. Next time I purchase a bag, I will not get it unless it is 100% perfect.
yes, that's exactly what my SA did - put a layer of the meltonian delicate on it and buffed it with the cloth that comes with the bag. It looked considerably better. He said that eventually the bag will develop a patina from natural oils on my skin and hands to help protect it, and the original issue definitely bothers me less now that I have started using it.

Unrelated, but I also asked him if the meltonian would work for a light colored lambskin bag I have that felt dried out. He said to NOT use it on light colored lambskin as it will darken the color. For anyone who finds this post in the future :)

These are the ones I am looking for as well. I was told last winter they were coming back this year but I haven't seen anything yet. They were in stores in Oct/Nov and probably earlier - does that mean they will be out with 20K?

Thank you so much for the info! I feel much better now. I also read people complaining about meltonian making their light colored Chanel yellowish or darker. Good thing I bought a black one. Hopefully everything will be good!
