New to the group. I bought these black espadrilles online and was assured they were real. They look pretty authentic however I’m a bit thrown off that the serial number printed on the top center inside the shoe also has the shoe size. I have never seen the shoe size also listed with the serial number. Can someone tell me if these are fake or not?

I shared your pics with one of my CAs at Chanel (she’s been with Chanel for 15yrs) and she does not think they’re authentic. She said the sole should be more transparent, like mine. Also, she said the black spots under the soles should not be there.

I have tweed espadrilles and lambskin and got them all in the same size. Hope that helps!

I saw them on the website and and called up the boutique to see if any of the London shops had them in my size but was told it was out everywhere But then when I popped into Bond St at lunchtime I mentioned to the sales person that I loved these but know they don’t have my size to which she told me they have just had a delivery so I may be in luck - and so I was

I’ve researched so much and now I’m just unsure. I’ve uploaded to the Chanel authentication thread on here but received no response . Tomorrow is the last day to put in a claim if they are fakes. You’re having second thoughts for a reason. Trust your second thoughts. Regardless of authenticity, I would return them. They’re very worn, dirty, and the stitching is coming loose. I would prefer to have a pair of new non-designer shoes than these. Good luck in whatever you decide.

I’ve just bought this navy blue espadrilles. Actually I’m planning to buy the black mesh espadrilles SS 2019 but Nordstrom don’t have them in my size. The SA showed me this blue ones. I think these are from very last season. After trying them on, I’m in love immediately so I bought them.

However I’m still thinking about the black one. Should I return the blue and order online the black. Please anyone, I need your advices!

I like the navy but when I tried them on they were too similar in color to the black.
