That is definitely NOT normal... I would send them back and invest my money into a perfect pair.

It looks like someone traced around the Chanel logo to make a replica. I would definitely return them.

I would expect no flaws when I'm spending 600-700$ on pair of shoes. You should return then for sure. Not normal at all.

Wow, when you said pen marks, I wasn't expecting all of that. I can't even imagine how all those marks would get there or the purpose. I'm sure there's a way to get them off, but I wouldn't even bother. If I pay full price I expect to get a brand new pair of shoes that require no cleaning before I wear them. I'd return them.

i was in bond street today and they said the new collections will be in store on 16th march and they don't have any espadrilles in stock at all

Yes, I was told the same for boutiques and dept stores but europe has them.

We're so hooked on them girls! The lambskin are my fav but I've sold them now as they got a bit worn for me. Have 2 pairs from the Cruise SS15 coolection - suede and canvas. Much prefer leather
