What size do you take in other shoes like Louboutin or Jimmy Choo, if you don't mind me asking

I have a few pairs of Louboutins in 41 and they fit perfectly. I have one pair that is a size 42 and they are too big and I have to stuff the toe area so I can wear them without them falling off while walking.

I completely agree with you. I made a U.S 8.5 AND I got size 40... Biggg mistake, they fit loosely.... Definitely making a return... hopefully he has a size 39....

I am a U.S. 8.5 and bought a size 39 in white/black cap leather. They currently fit snug, but perfectly so. If I went up to 40, it would slip off because it would be loose length wise.

Exactly. I was so bummed. Update. Contacted a different SA. He snagged me a pair and says they never even hit the floor. Glad I don't have to worry about getting a floor sample or defective pair again. Fingers crossed.

My friend recommended leather spa in nyc. They treated her scuffed leather pair for about $50 and reinforced the soles too.

Great would they accept the canvas shoes?

I got them in 38, I'm actually a 37 and they are fine (the light green and black/white were loose on me).
