in single leather soles, I am a 38. in double soles, fabric and leather, I am a 37.

for the singles, I would size UP since they ran small the last few seasons.

they finally fixed the sizing and are TTS on the doubles.

IMO, the singles aren't comfy to walk in for a long time since they are so thin. I prefer the doubles. my 2 cents...

Definitely size up for single sole and get 38. Argh, I really hope my double soles aren't too big .... Thanks ladies for all the input! Still waiting for them to arrive in a week or so.

I don't think they have a chanel handbag department but they do carry chanel shoes. maybe just ask for someone in the shoe department when you call again.
