I called Chanel and they said they could fix it if it's a defect. I'm still under one year with them.
I'm hoping Chanel will do it for free if they see it's a defect, but if not I'll probably just take them elsewhere.

I called Chanel and they said I can take it to either Chanel on the upper east side/soho. I'm hoping they can fix it for me.
Only white/black or beige/black you will probably still find in single sole. All black are only doubles now.
If you don't mind me asking, you said "I called Chanel..." Where did you call exactly the boutique you bought them from? I am glad to hear they will fix them for you. Also, may I asked where you bought them? High end department store (NM, Saks, BG) or a Chanel boutique? Tia
Btw, I forgot to mention this is an easy fix, don't panic, either Chanel or a cobbler would fix it without a problem

Omg it happened to me tooo. I have less then 6 months too but I got it at nm. Would chanel fix it?

Shouldn't it be better if it's taken back to the boutique where you purchased it from?
In the past (not with Chanel but with LV), I took to cobbler and it happened again and then I took to LV boutique and they said I should have brought it to them in a first place. Because the cobbler isn't their authorised repair place, they weren't incline to offer me any assistance.
