So effectively, NM received a shipment on Wednesday, they have all sizes available at the warehouse and your SA should be able to have them shipped to you. Price wise, the black on black leather double sole is $595 and the canvas double sole is $525 (as of yesterday afternoon)
I went down a size from 37(single sole canvas) to 36 (double sole leather).

Ah ha.. That explains my sizing dilemma too.. My single sole is a 36 but my double sole is a 35..
