Thanks! My theory is that it was a return to the Houston Nordstrom which doesn't sell Chanel, because the box says 14C, so they sent them to the Rack.

That's a huge loss for nordstroms instead of paying shipping to the closest store that carries chanel. That doesn't make sense to me...but what do I know about nordstrom practices.
