Absolutely agree with you , for leather thick sole, is way too big for me in size 36 so down size to size 35 and I have not tried canvas thick sole. What is your advise , should I get canvas thick sole in size 36?

I tried on a few pairs and can surely say that in terms of sizing they come big. I went down half size as I am in between sizes. No gaping in the canvas but lots in the leather so these came home first!

I think it depend but for me am a size 35.5 for Chanel ballet flat, 36.5 for open toe heel, 36 in sandal and 36 for canvas espadrilles in 12C , did tried 13C canvas but so tight and now 14c leather espadrilles have to down size to 35 cos too big for me in 36. The best is try first before you purchase. Hope this help

Anyone can advise me whether the 14c espadrilles thick sole in leather n canvas fit the same. Anyone got both? I already have the black leather and want to buy the canvas one but afraid they don't fit the same due to different material. Am surprise that I wear size 35 for the leather one cos I have canvas espadrilles in 12P for size 36 and also tried 13C espadrilles but 36 too tight and 37 slight loose so did not get. I just took out both pair and compared, 14C leather look slight longer than the canvas one. ill be grateful if anyone can help. I cant try the 14C canvas in our Chanel here cos they only bring in the leather one. HELP!

I have both 14c black leather and 14c navy canvas (both are double platform). I wear a US size 7 and took a 37 in both.

to be honest, it depends on your foot shape in the end. but to me the canvas that i took in the 'normal' fits 'just right' (quite snug) whereas the leather was quite loose. overall though i should be the same size. its just the overall fit is different.. but i think length wise i should be the same size. i need to really go back and try on a leather in both sizes to be sure…

looking at your picture i would possibly take the same size? sorry it's all a bit confusing to me still as well..

Hi , thanks so much. Only afraid that if I buy the same size, canvas will be smaller due to material. further, cannot change cos my friend will purchase for me in Paris or London when she holiday there. When I purchase the leather in size 36, realize behind was very loose, even insole did not help.

They are finally with me! A friend from Orlando helped to get me a pair from Saks Chicago. Their perfect! Thanks to everyone for the sizing tips. I'm 35.5 and got size 36. The openings of the shoes are strangely narrow but the insides are wide. I have narrow feet and this size perfectly fits me. I got leather beige/black in thin soles.

3rd photo is showing the sole of the shoe. Wondering if it is the same as the thick soles? Thinking if i should do something w/ it before i wear to help them to last longer...would appreciate suggestions. :)
