For reference, I am 5'3", 145 lbs. I like both sizes and both will probably work for you. I just prefer smaller bags in general and got the small/mini BA.

Both are leather lined. Other differences - the medium I looked at was made in France and had a smoother, shinier leather interior. The small BA was made in Italy and had a softer, lightly grained leather interior.

The even smaller version (AP2914) listed as a clutch/vanity case in the 22B thead is textile lined with button clasp instead of turnlock. I would love to get my hands on one of these too eventually.

Thank you for the photos! I appreciate it very much! They both look great on you! Im really leaning towards small (now mini) as I also like smaller bags and dont carry much than a card holder, sunglasses and my keys plus my phone.

May I ask which season is the small one (now the mini) and when were you able to find it in store? Someone posted it 7days ago and it was sold! Im sooo sad!

Im hoping to find it, also thanks for letting me know that the small (now mini) is also now “again” leather lined! I much prefer it than the textile lining!

Both are 22B, found this past Friday at different standalone boutiques.

I bought mine at the airport of dubai in a rush.. when i was home and checked the bag i had the same as what you are saying. I have the pink one and also dark edges. It looks like colour transfer but that is really strange as it is de front of de back. does it looks like colour transfer at your bag? could you post a picture?

Hi rocky15,
I took it to Chanel boutique and they shipped it out to get an assessment. Did you store it in the black dust bag ? because color transfer can happen that way. Mine was on my shelf but no dust bag, never used for half a year, in air conditioned house, and with the white protective felt still wrapped on it. The dark coloring is only on the edges all around the flap and beginning to darken on the back pocket edge(a few grains starting to look darker). This is my first non black Chanel bag and now making me never want to buy colored Chanel bags. I don’t have issues like this on my two Chanel SLGs ( a pink and a grey) nor my other light colored non Chanel bags.

Oh no, so the black dustbag that it comes with can cause color transfer? Anyone else experienced this? I just bought a beige BA and been storing it in the black dustbag. Now i'm wondering if i should not..

No i didn't store it in a black dustbag. When i bought the bag and unpacked it at home it had a black dustbag!! I think i am going also back to chanel... because i have the same as your bag has on the photo!

Hey my fellow cc lovers! does anyone own the size Medium BA and its around 5’0 Tall? Would love to know if its hangs too low or just fine. Would appreciate some mod shots as well Ive been searching for a mini (old small) but seems harder to find it this season, but Ive been seeing the medium quiet often!

Hi, the darkening edges also appeared on my bag! I used my bag a handful of times and never with dark clothing so not sure where it came from! I don’t live near a Chanel store so difficult for me to take in for them to look at. Let me know the outcome from the assessment!

They told me that I was the only one that had this issue and they blamed it on wear and tear when I haven’t worn it out. They decided to resend for repair. So we will see how it comes out. This situation is making me turned off on this brand and questioning the quality. You may want to contact customer care online to see what can be done if you are far from a boutique.
