Chanel at Costco

That is so bizarre seeing a Chanel Flap at a Costco! How do they end up there are they damaged?! I don't know how Chanel allows Costco to be qualified as a reseller of their products. I'm not a fan of seeing my luxury bag being sold in a warehouse grocery store.

It's in Washington state haha. I think we get high end bags since Costco was founded here? I'm not sure though. I remember reading on here a lot of other Costco locations had Chanel flaps a couple years ago! It's really odd.

I remember reading about how a number of gray market goods end up being sold at Costco.

So these designer items don't come directly from the designer and you're never really sure if they are authentic. (Does Chanel know this is being sold at Costco? I doubt it. If they are sensitive about their products being sold online on their own website or are sensitive with regard to maintaining exclusivity - I doubt Costco is a desired path to their ideal customer)

We are in Seattle and my husband goes to Costco like it's his favorite hobby, so maybe I should send my him to check! Lol

I think they get it the same way TJ Maxx gets their products. Local boutiques probably sell it off to stores like Costco and Target because they haven't been able to sell it at their stores? I'm not really too sure.
