It's probably real. I'll look for flaps next time I'll be shopping for detergents at Costco.
I'm not sure I know what "grey market" is. I can't imagine a big company like Costco who can get "mega" sued would by from a third party that is not the company itself. There is no middle man when it comes to Chanel.Costco sells grey market items. I read they were being sued by one company, forgot the name. You could probably google Costco grey market sued and find more info. If this is real, there will not be a Chanel warranty and the serial number may be scratched off. That is the nature of grey market items. I would get a real one from an authorized dealer who will carry the warranty and authenticity.
I know a person who thought she was getting a great deal on a Tag. Turns out it was a grey market watch, she didn't know this until she took it in for repair. She was told it was authentic which technically it is. However, Serial was scratched out and no warranty. She was so disgusted she ended up selling the Tag.

Agree 100%I agree too, but didn't want to be so absolute to bash Costco. I would only buy luxury brands from an authorized dealer.... Chanel, Rolex, ... It's not worth it to save a few bucks.
