The grey is beautiful and the dark brown and navy. Other colours are not that great!

Is the bag in a size small digging into anyone's shoulders? Any solutions? I barely put much in it and it was uncomfortably digging on only a thirty minute walk. Looking into whether I can attach a shoulder pad or something but haven't found a good match.

Yes I do find after a while the chain feels like it’s digging in and I often just carry it in my hand for a bit to rest my shoulder. It’s not unbearable though like for example the jumbo classic flap 🤣

Oof I haven't tried the jumbo but I'll add it to my "do not buy" list! I'm ordering an attachable shoulder strap and will report back on whether it's effective and still looks decent. Comfort of bags is super important to me, so I may consider selling if the shoulder pad doesn't work. That would be a big bummer though so hopefully this works.

You might prefer the medium size as the chain has a shoulder pad on it to prevent the chain digging in
