I feel this dilemma will never the , I am offered now the beach one. The temptation is high because I can wear beige more than pink or denim. I know the pink is lovely, should I take the beige and wait for the pink later?

The pink is sold out, I am in US, I have a friend traveling to Europe not sure if they can find the pink. It is on the resale market of course 2000 more but today I was offered the beach in medium size. I was thinking should I take it?

Does anyone have any sense of timeline if you're on the waitlist for a 25? Does that mean it'll likely arrive now-ish bc of the release of the newest collection or is the waitlist totally independant of collection releases? Thanks!
I just picked up the new season in a small navy caviar. I really love how convenient it is!
However, one of my girlfriends thinks it's a mistake because she thinks it'll look dated in a couple of years and I should stick with classic chanel silhouettes. Anyone have any thoughts on the potential these newer styles "dating" quickly? Would any of you be wearing this bag in say 10 or 15 years?

Honestly I say use whatever works for you and your lifestyle. It’s a beautiful bag. I’m hoping to get one in the very near future because I see myself getting a lot of use out of it instead of sitting in the closet. Enjoy!
I have a hard time deciding what I want for lunch tomorrow, let along what bag I would use in 10-15 years. If you love it in the present moment - that’s the most important thing!! Trust yourself!
I saw the navy today and it was sooooo beautiful. I was so tempted, but I end up re-homing every blue bag I ever buy because it just doesn't work with my wardrobe. Wish it did, lovely bag you got.
In terms of your girlfriends, *they* definitely shouldn't buy a 25 then!
Not to be cheeky, but buy for yourself, not them. I really want to love some of the classic silhouettes (hello Hermes Kelly and Chanel classic flap), but they are a no for me and honestly it's a little refreshing to see things a little out of the mold. Agree with the above statement and use the hell out of the bag now. Plus, whatever goes out of style always come back.... To stay on topic... I thought the "light green" 25 on hold for me was a pastel light green, but it ended up being some blue-grey-maybe green color? Beautiful, but not my kind of green (I put the "light green" make-up bag I bought in anticipation of my 25 on hold in the photo). I ended up bringing home light grey since I kinda had my head wrapped around a summery, light-colored bag. I like the grey with GHW mix because I normally avoid GHW and I think this tones the gold down. Thoughts? I haven't unwrapped the bag full in case I return.
