Any of you own a white color? Im thinking of buying the white but Im worried about the color transfer and it being more prone to dirt which leads to frequent cleaning

Hi! I just want to ask hows your white 22 holding up? any issues with color transfer so far? Issues with frequency of cleaning it coz of it being white? I am also wanting to buy the white
No issues so far!!! I think the leather has a slight coating so it doesn’t really pick much up.. i also haven’t worn it with denim

I got to compare 5 different bags and tried my best to pick the one that felt the thickest which was unfortunately the floor model. A bad decision. In the hind sight, maybe the bag that felt less "thick" and was more malleable at the corner would wear less at the corners? I am not sure. I hope they won't get worse too quickly!

Never ever purchase a display. Learned that the hardway too. And the SA’s emphasizing the warranty only covers the hardware and not the leather. But dont worry, professional bagsmiths can fix that or talk to ur SA. Sometimes boutiques have registered third party bagsmiths
Yes, definitely a lesson learned. I liked the thickness of the 1 bag out of the 4 from the stock room, but that one had a flaw on the front of the bag (looked like a mark from the magnet from another bag during production). Good to know that it can be repaired! I am just going to not look at it and use it for now and have it repaired in the future

My metallic 22 pouch is having issues - just noticed that the hardware coating(?) is peeling off. Does anyone know if this is something Chanel will help fix? I have had this bag for maybe a little over a year now…
Chanel can replace the hardware as a part of their warranty program. Bring it back to the boutique and see what they can do.
I don't have a white 22, but the idea of using any white bag for everyday does not seem like a good idea to me because of the risk of color transfer and showing wear and tear. Whether it is the 22 or the boy bag or classic flap, any white bag is not recommended for everyday use. Instead, get a darker neutral color for an everyday bag, like black, dark beige, dark grey, etc... IHTH
More excited about this than I should be loll. Wonder if this also means we'll be seeing Caviar 22 minis in black, white etc soon too!
