They look new and pristine, and came with a black Celine pouch, Celine cloth, Otticanet cloth and an information paper from Safilo. I'm pretty sure of the authenticity since I've compared it to what I've seen on PF so far, even though it didn't come with an authenticity card. The Audreys are a little loose around my head so I'll probably end up getting them tightened a bit.

In the end I got my glasses but it wasn't a very good shopping experience. The wait was long and after some 3-5 emails asking for updates, I was convinced that Otticanet themselves didn't even know when they were going to get the glasses from the manufacturer. Also, my card was charged way before they even notified me that they were going to ship it. The shipping took about 5 days and I had to pay around $45 CAD in duties and taxes.

I've seen the lucky few people get their purchases immediately, but for someone thinking of buying from Otticanet, remember that it's a total crap shoot.

hi! im from toronto, and i ordered celine audrey at otticanet too, and for the customs and taxes, they are charging me &62.50. i was wondering where in canada are you located at? thanks!

really? i'm in toronto too and (i checked to make sure), Fed Ex billed me about $43 (not $45 as mentioned above). because i knew that i wasn't going to be home, i called FedEx customer service to re-route the package to the nearest pick up location instead of my apartment, which was the yonge and sheppard kinkos. But since they don't collect customs at that place, my credit card was charged over the phone. i don't know if that had anything to do with it. have you tried calling customer service?

Hi ladies!

For those of you who are still interested in purchasing the sunglasses online - I just bought a pair at luxoneyes. I read several reviews and they seem legitimate, so I'll let you all know how it goes when I get it! Fingers crossed.
