Here is an update to my transaction with Otticanet for anyone that wants to know.
I purchased the Celine Classic Audreys in black on Sept 18. I got an email back saying they will be available in "7/9 business days". I waited until Sept 28 to follow up on when they would ship them out. I got a reply back on Mon, Oct 1 telling me that they tried to speed up the process with the manufacturer but I need to wait another 10 to 12 business days. All in all that equals about a month of waiting.
Since i still have to get new contacts in order to wear the sunglasses, i'll actually wait out the additional 10-12 days and then contact them again.

Your not the only one. I ordered the Celine Audrey's on Sept 4. I have emailed them every week trying to get an update and I get the same response "7-10 days" and its been over a month.
Same here. Ordered my new audreys on Aug 28th!!! First Mail they said I have to wait 10 - 15 business days, second mail - another 10 - 12 business days and now they should be shipped today! Yesterday I asked for an update and they told me I have to wait for another 10 - 12 business days! So that would be oct 23rd! TWO months later! And they got my money in the middle of september! This morning I emailed them, that I want a refund, because I am not sure if this will be the last 10-12 business days!
I am really disappointed!
I decided to bother them again shortly after I posted here to ask what was taking so long--that they needed to take a month to ship me something I had paid for. The response was:

I apologize for this bad situation and I will try to explain you what happened. I inform you that, as we only sell original glasses, we can only buy them from the original manufacturer so,when the glasses are in production, we have to wait for them. In fact, the manufacturer is now producing your glasses and we can only wait the end of the production process. We are really sorry for this long delay and I hope that you can understand our position too. I assure you that we are working hard in order to speed your order up and as soon as we get the glasses we will immediately proceed with the shipment to you.

Does it really take that long? Taking into account Nina's experience, she's been waiting 2 months! I think the person who posted a few pages back that they got their glasses in less than a month was a lucky fluke.

sorry it didn't worked out for you. i too lost my patience and threatened to cancel my order so that went on for a couple of days until i received an info that they're getting shipped out. so in the end i got them.
overall it wasn't a good shopping experience but the sunglasses were authentic.
@ZombieCandi: I got exactly the same response! They ignored my request to credit my account!
I have to say: I really want to have those sunnies and I called nearly every shop for glasses in Germany which carries Céline and no one seems to have the new audreys in stock. So I will have to wait even if they got my money since one month and I will have to wait another month or longer.But I really think it is not okay to charge our creditcards so well in advance! It`s definitely too long!

It really sucks that you guys have to wait that long, I think they should drop the charges and when they get the sunglasses then they should charge your card. When I ordered mine it only took like 5 days for them to arrive to my house. Because they arrived so quick and I saw that they were authentic I decided to order the Prada Baroque. I did have a little problem though when I ordered the Baroques, they arrived without the authenticity card and I had to email them. The lady was nice and told me that the company had sent them without the authenticity card and said that they would mail me the card but instead mailed me the instructions on how to care for the sunglasses. I emailed her again explaining that what I had gotten was not the authenticity card I was talking about and how they should inspect the sunglasses they get to make sure they come with everything they are supposed to. I even scanned the authenticity card of my other Baroques so she would know exactly what I was talking about. She then she said that the card had gotten lost and that they would look for it and to email her back if I wanted it if and when they found it. So, I emailed her back saying “of course I want the card” and a week or two later it came in the mail. I guess I had a good and kind of bad experience with them.I've always wondered why they didn't have any Audreys in stock right away. There obviously is a lot of people going to them for the sunnies but they seem to make an individual order each time to the manufacturer. The manufacturer must be backed up on all those requests. Ugh, wouldn't it have been better to order production of a whole bunch each time (and keep doing so) so the customers don't have to wait ridiculous amounts of time? I also wonder if it's like this for other brands they carry.
I'm going to bother them again next week because my latest 10-12 days to wait will be up.
