And that this usually happens when they're in too small a case. Sure enough, I showed her the case and she said they're definitely too small. She warmed them and bent them back, so now they're a lot better. Whew! I'll definitely not be using this white case anymore...

I agree! The case doesn't close properly with the glasses in them and I see how they get bent. Mine was a little crooked too when they arrived.

Based on previous experience I expect mine to arrive tomorrow, and of not I will be calling.

I called yesterday and was furious, so whoever I spoke to (not Laura) on the phone promised she would overnight them and I'd have them today. I will believe it when I see it. ;)

I have the tortoiseshell too! Do you guys think it's too much to get them in black as well? I just love this style so much!
