I guess I should just go for it then. I wonder if I purchased a pair that were returned since my arms were SO angled in. It sounds like the norm is that they're too straight and loose which I wish had been my problem. I'll report back after - wish me luck!

The weird (and frustrating) thing about my pair is that one temple (I don't know the exact terminology - whatever the long pieces are on the sides that go over your ears) is completely a different shape and angle than the other temple. That's why it's sitting crooked. I've never had this happen to any of my sunglasses before. I don't even know how you would fix this but do you think this is something I should mention to Celine BH or my local optometry office?

Pictures would help show what you mean. If the plastic is actually molded differently I would contact Celine, as that would be a defect. If it is an issue of the angle they sit at, that is something your optometrist should be able to fix.
 
YAY! mine came in today as well. They came in UPS from the florence store.
thot the packaging will be better, but it was just the glasses box in a parcel satchel =S
oh well, at least i'm happy with the Audrey =)
did anyone notice the interior of the box leaves annoying white-ish fine fibres on the glasses? scared me for a sec there when i open the box initially, it looked all dusty bcoz of the fibres

I just brought them to my optician. She said it's b/c of the case they were in! Before I even showed her the case, she said that it wasn't the temples that were bent, it was the overall frame! And that this usually happens when they're in too small a case. Sure enough, I showed her the case and she said they're definitely too small. She warmed them and bent them back, so now they're a lot better. Whew! I'll definitely not be using this white case anymore...

I have about bloody well had it with that store. The CS, or lack thereof, is horrendous.

I paid for the sunglasses a week and a half ago, including $30 to ship them to me. I've been calling and calling, leaving messages, emailing, etc. All I wanted was a tracking number. Seeing as I paid $30 for S&H, you'd think I'd have them here, right? Wrong. When I finally got someone on the phone today, she said she hadn't even shipped them out yet. I am beyond furious.

Wow, that is bad! I have not received mine yet, but it turns out my SA held them a few days before shipping because she had just gotten a shipment of bags and was waiting to see if there was anything I wanted do she could ship them together. Of course, she didn't tell me that until I asked. She told me they would ship this past Monday (and the charge went through on my card the same day), but I haven't gotten tracking yet. In the past I have had a hard time getting tracking info from them as well - they just don't seem to understand the importance of it?!

Based on previous experience I expect mine to arrive tomorrow, and of not I will be calling.

It is inexcusable that they have not even shipped yours yet! Who have you been dealing with there?

i know you keep telling me not to feel bad but i feel horrible about this happening to you!

i never got the tracking number this time from Laura (i did the first time with the Blush pair)...but they arrived within 2 days of her ringing them up...

I'm so sorry to hear this, J'enay! This happened to me last time I ordered from BH. They didn't provide me with a tracking number and just played the waiting game. I eventually called FedEx after a few days and had them look it up for me based on my name and address. Hopefully they'll ship it soon!

I know what you mean, I was so upset with this store. I went through a lot of trouble trying to pay for them and giving them my info. After seeing no changes on my credit card for a while, I called back and the SA told me she wasn't able to ship internationally (even though she assured me she could before). I was more so upset that I had to call back for response, she had both my e-mail and phone number. :sad:
