I heard back from Claudia at the Bal Harbour store today and apparently the shipment is still stuck in customs. I guess after holding the shipment for 2 weeks they've now decided to search it...anyways, it should be any day now I guess.

is valentines day, I have been mindful of anything that might help me pick a thoughtful gift. Given that she mentioned she really liked these glasses, I figured it would be a great valentine's day gift. However, after some painstaking research I have found just how difficult they are to get and need your help.

I have read through this thread and now realize that my email to printemps in france will be useless as it was not in french. I also called bal harbour but it seems that all pairs are accounted for. I just opened this account today so I can't PM any of you but I'm happy to post my number on here if one of you can kindly offer to help me.

Anyway, the girl's pretty great so if possible at all I'd like to get her something that says I listen and care and I think that will be more important than the gift itself but from what I hear these sunglasses are pretty desirable among women so if at all possible I would like to give it my best shot to get them for her. Would one of you be able to refer me to the person at printemps you spoke with that speaks english or anyone at Bal Harbour if that can help me if one of you aren't going to get them ?
