wow i'm so impressed with their customer service in printemps. it came in no time, with customs and all that. received them 2/6 and sent first email 1/28.
it ended up being around 311 US dollars. SO AMAZING I LOVE PRINTEMPS!!!!

Jennie - these look fantastic on you! Congrats. I've emailed Printemps a few times and haven't gotten a response... I'm so sad (LOL). Hopefully someone gets back to me soon.

I didn't think twice about it...it's more for customs because they want to make sure you're not importing anything illegal or dangerous...or purchasing foods for commercial use. I'm pretty sure the department store holds high standards.
I thought it was worth it for the VAT refund. I was on the waiting list for bal Barbour and heard zip. Plus the cost would have been 100 dolla more. No thanksss D:

I emailed too and got the same response. They want your SS # and a copy of your valid current passport. Plus some sort of signed statement that they can charge my cc that amount. That's just too much for me. Not that they would do something wrong with the info - but identity theft is so easy - especially when you have ALL my information.
Well, I do think twice before just randomly giving my SS out - customs or no customs.
