To have an 'acting career'? She's been angling to get into the spotlight. She did Dancing With The Stars and has had a few cameos on cable tv shows. I did think she lost weight but in the full body pics, it doesn't look like there was a dramatic weight loss.
Some people don't have enough chin definition, and they get it to balance out their faces.
Like the chic from Sat. Night Live needs one. I call her the bird lady...

that's why I think it was surgery. cause yep, dramatic weight loss will change up your features some, but not give you a new chin!!!!
Unless you had a lot of fat surrounding it.
You think Bristol Palin had all that work done? She looks different because she lost weight.
I'm thinking cuz she lost weight, her chin protrudes more...
She's not a celebrity, but....
Face surgery...She has either lost a lot of weight or has had some facial reconstruction.....I'm leaning for the PS.
She was a pretty girl before, don't know why she messed with her face.
(she had a bit of a double chin, but I don't think it was enough to change)

There's not enough weight loss to have such a defined chin. Look at the before and after body shots. Also here's another face before and after and we can see more room in the eye area.

OMG she looks so different! I don't even recognize her! She absolutely had a chin implant. The brow lift can also just be Botox. You can inject in certain spots to lift the brow area. Either way, she did do something to her eye/brow area because her eyes look different too.
I can't tell if I think it's a good chin implant, her chin is so aggressive now. Great job on the double chin lipo though, it was much needed.. although scary and kinda sad that someone as young as her would go for that procedure!
