I just think she wears too much make up....when she tones it down, she looks pretty, like the close-up shots of her in the "Bad Romance" video....

Yes, she does wear way too much makeup, but it's part of her look, kwim? She did look pretty before.

Face surgery...She has either lost a lot of weight or has had some facial reconstruction.....I'm leaning for the PS.
She was a pretty girl before, don't know why she messed with her face.
(she had a bit of a double chin, but I don't think it was enough to change)

This one is shocking because there is such a difference.
She had a chin implant with lipo/fat removal under her jaw and she has more space in the eye area, so it was probably a brow lift.
We can see her weight is the same in the full body picture.
