If anyone has a catalog page of the Buckle Bag and Waverly Tote, I would really appreciate it uploaded here. to settle an argument.

Both of those styles have been highly faked - I hope you're not trying to authenticate them just from catalog photos. If you need authentications (always recommended) please post at the Authenticate This Coach thread and provide the photos requested in Post 1 of that thread.
The 4157 Buckle Bag was introduced in Spring 1996 and will always have a serial number that includes the year code. The Waverley 4133 was a 1993 intro and a few will still have the old 4+3 all-number serials. Big differences between the two are type of top closure and the strap handle length. Again - HIGHLY faked.
