I found the time today and did submit all the requests - found that a couple Macy's orders (for Coach bags) were missing, too. I immediately got the Macy's funds, but the Coach ones are still pending confirmation by Coach. Not worried since I have all the emails. I feel disenchanted, though - never felt I had to confirm my cash back, especially when I get the emails confirming my purchase. Now it feels like one more thing to track to be sure you don't lose out.
