Thanks everyone!! He's always loved the vintage Rolex look too, so I also bought a few Maratec/Zulu straps for him so he could wear it a la James Bond if he wanted

you like both watches equally but he likes the rolex more so.. get the rolex
and you can get the cartier watch sooner or later cause its in you plan anyway
and about the bracelet you can hint and keep on hinttig till he gets it for you whoch i'm sure he will!

Question on Cartier Love Bracelet, what is the difference between the ones made today and the one made in 1970? In 1970, it was available in both solid 18k gold AND electroplate correct?? But any other differences such as shape? I can't quite tell but the ones today looks more oval (shaped to your wrist) and the older ones look like perfect circles. Anyone know? thanks! Also, is the rose gold and yellow gold same price today?
