Which watch would you pick?

Seems like an overwhelming majority that answered on the thread picked ROLEX, but when I look at the poll results, an equal number of people are picking the LOVE bracelet as well!!!

I am beginning to love the idea of matching wedding presents again! I think I'm going to scratch the idea of the Love bracelet for now and consider it as an anni gift down the road. :D:D Thanks to everyone that responded!!!

Rolex watch for him and love bracelet for you. Thats the solution i would go for since you already have a nice watch. You can always get the the cartier or rolex watch later.

I have worn my new wg love bracelet from DH for over a week now and i absolutely adore it. I was nervous about wearing it 24/7, but it just feels comfy and luxurius just as others write here.

I would have a tough time choosing too! I love the idea of matching watches for a wedding present, I was thinking the same thing. I bought my fiance a Rolex datejust about a month ago and ever since then I have been dying to get one. Well either that or a Cartier Roadster. There is something very romantic about having matching watches though!

I am not sure I agree that Cartier is splashproof at best. I have worn my Tank Francaise non stop for the last three years, even swimming and the shower and have never had a problem.

I ADORE the Ballon Bleu! That would be my choice. I just prefer Cartier to Rolex and think they are more comfortable on the wrist (at least one me.)

Then, I'd as for the Love bracelet later for a special anniversary gift...

From the choices you above I choose the cartier love bracelet. I personally think the watch is more important than the bracelet. I have the bracelet in YG and the rolex datejust in YG and steel and I think it is the most beautiful combination ever. I get so many compliments. I can send you a picture if you want. And by the way, I prefer the face of my rolex to be silver index. For men I prefer the rolex datejust in steel with a silver face.

Hm, now that I have my ring, maybe I should try on the watches WITH the ring to see which one looks better. I wonder if the black face rolex will distract from my ring . . .and would the yg of the ballon bleu clash or match with it?

I'll try to go to the stores this weekend and snap a pic of the two together and see what you guys think!

oh and I would say to get the cartier watch. I used to love rolex until I got on this forum lol now I am seriously lusting after a cartier santos demoiselle - I think cartier watches are more feminine and delicate and I already have a love bracelet so I would like to match my watch with it.

Thanks kbella! I REALLY want to try on the ballon bleu, esp with my e-ring since they'll be on the same arm. I love the BB while my bf loves the Rolex more. I want to get him what he wants especially because he's been so good to me! Though I do agree with you that the bracelet and the Cartier watch would match more. . .

Good thing the wedding isn't until end of 2012 so I have a lot of time to decide (and save!) hehe.
