Cartier thin small/Love bracelet thread

Can turn either direction.

Each ‘turn’ is only 90 degrees but I can either ‘complete the turn’ to open and close or turn and turn back on itself to open and close, so basically slot aligned with screws is locked and slot perpendicular is open, irrespective of which direction clockwise or counter I’ve turned the screw [emoji4]

I am about to turn 40 in a month, and I think I may want the love bracelet. I went to the store in Short Hills, NJ and tried on the regular size and the smaller one. The smaller one felt better on my wrist (size 16), but I am worried I will feel like I cheaped out with the smaller one and that I will regret getting the smaller.

Any similar stories?

If money not a big deal get the larger one - you will adjust just fine to it and it is more classic.
The small looks....small.

It's a personal choice, but I don't care for the thin if it's the only one. I'd start with the traditional then add a thin if you want another one. You'll forget you have it on very quickly, thin or traditional.

I have the thin size 16 and love it. The larger looks too masculine on me. Also I love that I can take the thin off daily if I want to.

I had a similar concern and was so set on getting the original but I am quite petite and have small wrists so the smaller love bracelet just felt right for me, I felt the regular size looked too bulky on my wrist and didn’t feel as nice. Do what feels right for you [emoji8]

I have two original size loves size 16, I went to try on the thin version..didn't care for it much. It looks better stacked than alone in my opinion. Good luck deciding. Always buy what feel right to you

I love my small love. I think it has enough presence and I’ve certainly gotten a lot of compliments. I don’t have a small wrist and am average height and weight and it’s fine on me. No regrets...and I also got it when I turned 40 earlier this year. Do what feels right for you

I think you need to get the one you love the most. I tried on both & the thinner Love looked perfect on me. I haven't regretted it for a second. I think if you buy the thinner one but your heart wants the regular size then you'll always have a bit of regret IMO

For me, I prefer the original sized Love. It just has more "presence", and it's a classic... However, if you FEEL like the smaller love is the right fit for you and your lifestyle, go with that one.

Get the big. You can always get the small later. I got both and they look great together. If you’re thinking you’ll be disappointed, then you will be. Within a couple days you won’t even realize you have it on.
