New screw enhancement system for the small love?! I just got off the phone with customer service for something unrelated, but I was told they worked on an enhancement for the small love? Apparently, I could send mine in already. Did anyone else hear about this? My small is still secure but the screw system definitely got way looser. Curious if anyone had it done.

Did you end up changing to the new clasp? What is the difference? I just went to buy a bracelet and they told me it’s “in transition” and none available in my size while they change the clasp. Hopefully that wont be too long but definitely disappointed!
